The first dog is named Wyatt and this painting is a 12″x12″ and hangs in the living room of the owners home. This painting gets constant praise from the owners and all who views it at dinner parties at the home. When the sunlight hits the painting just right the head of the dog seems to move from side to side! Very cool painting and It is so nice to see a painting so loved and appreciated by the owners!!

It was to remember him and honor his existence.

Here are a few kind words written by the owner of the painting.

Meredith,

Arnie will always remind me how important it is to be kind generous and brave. I get to see him everyday now. It means everything to me.Good comes in full circles.

If your dogs tounge is black is does not mean it is mixed with chow!!

September 3, 2013 in Lil' Angel Store News by Meredith

Chow Chows are born with pink tongues and this darkens to blue/black by the age of 8-10 weeks old, some tongues don’t completely darken and may still have spots of pink on them. It is often misunderstood that if a cross bred dog has spots of black on it that it must mean it is a chow mix. This is untrue there are up to 30 pure breeds which are known to have spotted tongues. Spots on tongues are like freckles and birthmarks on people – simply areas of extra pigment. These can also be found on the skin too hiding under their coats.
